Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately not. As mentioned, we do not carry stock, most of our items have lead times so we require payment upfront. We understand you do not necessarily trust online shopping and we are trying our best to get to a place we can open stores, but for now, please help us grow.

How long does delivery take?

Generally, our sneakers take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. This is because we do not carry any stock. We have not grown enough to be able to afford stock. We believe that we will grow the business in the not-so-distant future which will allow us to have stores and carry stock. Help us get there - your support will be greatly appreciated.

Do you offer refunds, exchanges and returns?

We offer returns and exchanges on orders that were sent incorrectly (we pack the wrong colour or size etc).

In the case of "change of mind", we will not be able to offer a refund - we can however, provide a gift card which you can use for a later stage.

We do not offer returns or refunds on items bought on sale.

How do you deliver?

We use couriers to deliver directly to your home or offices. We can also use PAXI if that is more convenient for you.

How do I pay?

You can make use of OZOW, on our website, for Instant EFT payments. Alternatively, you can send us a message on social media and we'll send you our banking details.

How do I track my order?
